Terms & Conditions 1. I agree to the terms & conditions by submitting this registration form. 2. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for my own transportation and accommodation during the auditions. 3. I will ensure to make myself available for the audition on the date and time slot as scheduled and allocated to me by the organizers. 4. I understand that the decision of the judges regarding the selection for the festival is final. 5. I grant permission to the organizers to use any media recordings or photographs of my audition for promotional purposes. Declaration 1. By submitting this form I/we agree and acknowledge the terms and conditions of this festival. 2. ( no other data should be available in pen drive other than the performance track. ) 7. I/we understand that the decision of Judges / organizers will be final for selection.8. I/we agree and grant permission to the organizers of the show to use our recording or part of recording or photographs etc. for promotional and broadcast purposes.9. I/we acknowledge and agree that organizers, in any way, will not be responsible or will not be held responsible for any accident, personal injury or any unforeseen mis happening during the show or performance/s. 10. Organizers are not responsible to pay either in Full or partial any damage, or cost for the same.11. I/we understand that we will not be allowed to perform any abusive, vulgar songs/ vulgar moves, tracks, or songs/tracks which are or may be interpreted as anti social, anti religion, anti caste and anti national.12.
